We went to visit Matt's Grandaddy Vic in Kennett, MO over the 4th of July. Jonas Victor is named after Grandaddy Vic and he really wanted to meet Jonas. It was a very fast trip and Jonas was such a trooper. He did so great on the plane ride there-he slept! On our plane ride home he screamed for awhile, but only because I was trying to save some feeding for the taking off and landing for his the pressure in his ears--he eventually fell asleep... I was so worried about what everyone else thought about the screaming baby-but they all were very understanding!!! We flew into LR and saw our friends Shelby and Jared, then went through Searcy and I saw my friend Bridget, then we went to Cherokee Village for a Burcham family reunion at the Lake house--and there were 34 Burchams..it was so much fun. Then we went to Kennett to see Granddaddy Vic and several other family members. Everyone loved Jonas and he got all the attention-which he absolutely LOVES!! He loves to be in the action so he didn't mind getting passed around! We did discover that he HATES his carseat unless he is sleeping..he just gets bored! It was a great trip and too quick, I would have loved to see some of you others that live around there, maybe next time!
Jonas is 15 weeks and we are loving every minute of watching him discover new things! He talks a lot,smiles,giggles,holds toys,can focus more,push himself up on belly. He also loves to put his hands in his mouth and put anything in his mouth and has become quite the drooler! Daddy can also make him belly laugh...it is so--cute!
Well, that is what we have been up to, hope everyone has been doing well!!
